About Me

Jenna is a Licensed Mental Health Counseling in Washington and a Professional Counseling Associate in Oregon. She is able to provide in person counseling in Vancouver, WA or online counseling for Washington and Oregon residents.

Jenna has training in psychology, sociology, human development, and extensive background in working with children and teens. Understanding the developmental, physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges that youth are navigating impacting their overall well-being.

Jenna sees the need for supportive non-parent mentors and adults in the lives of children and adolescents. Supporting and helping parents, children, teenagers, and families alike understand their personal hardships and how to successfully overcome them fuels Jenna’s passion to counsel. Along the same lines, young adults struggle with transitional periods and seek out guidance on the wisest choices for them. Jenna’s goal is to help children, adolescents, and the young adult population pinpoint areas where they want to grow and to walk alongside them as they strive to meet those aspirations.

Jenna recognizes the unique challenges that youth face when coming against neurodivergent conditions. She has personal experience navigating accommodations, advocating, and supporting individuals in academics, social situations, and life-long goals. She has further training understanding sensory-needs from a biopsychosocial framework, recognizing and looking at care from a holistic perspective.
